On my way to our commpany

a chart stuck on the wall attract me









it's about blood donate , and the chart show that the "A type blood"









was under shortage , the first thought in my mind is the former days









i have been missed a lot of chance to donate blood because of age , weight









,and the state of my health...etc.









BUT this time ,i am tally with all the health condition of blood donate should have haha









here i come~









then fill the form ,do some simple blood text ,









" please clench your fist ,clench, let go , clench ,let go..."the nurse says









looking my blood is draw away from my arm through the blood tube









trust me ,it really a fabulous experience ,especially when u think this blood









will help other person in need u never ever know...,wow it's the first time that









i feel i really do some contribution to the society









this are the souvenirs the nurse give me

and today's spotlight ~my arm...haha
